Remove the cancelled Invoice from 1099 reporting

Hello team,

We have a cancelled invoice which is coming in 1099 reporting for this year. Income Tax utility program is not able to update the invoice distribution for this invoice. Is this a bug in the program ?

Please let me know if someone of you has experienced the same problem.

FYI:- We have applied the 1099 patch suggested by Oracle for financial year 2012.
