ebs sso logout which has Native Windows Authentication

Hi Team,
I have setup a sso env with IWA with OAM10gR3, and integrated a couple of ebs instances with it by having a single webgate protecting the ohs. 

Now when i click on logout , from any of the 2 instances , it is showing the cleanup screen , but again getting redirected to the same ebs home page and not getting logged out.

Can you please advise me on how to set the logout for each instances. I had actually followed the doc id : 975182.1 for integrating ebs with oam.
