CPU / Memory usages is very high

 Hello ,
  My OS - Linux 64 bit - Oracle 11g , sometime my CPU usages become very very high without having slow SQL and TOP os command dose not shown static top process and server become very slow i i don't know why !

 1-  can i find oracle query to find which query  take more CPU usages ? and i want to show from query show it take from CPU % ?
 2- Query to show how mach exactly  from memory ? and how much every process / query take from memory.

 or give me best way to check why my Severer and CPU become very high
