Issues after PSU350 patch

Hi, we just applied the PSU350 patch and i have noticed the following issues so far1) when going to Manage menu in ARM, i see that many menu options look very odd...even after clearing cache
2) Close Manager keeps hanging and won't load my schedule or template....however, i am able to import tasks but i can't see the result.
