Problem In Pick Release Order

 Hi,
We are Setting Up New Sales Order Process in one of Our Inventory Organization.

We did all the mandatory setup required for the sales order Process. Once we started testing, the sales order is getting Booked.

But when we are doing Pick release , From Release Sales order form, the Message is coming Pick Release happened Successfully, But when i see the status of the Order line , it is not changed to Picked and still showing as Awaiting Shipping.

I checked all the Periods and everything and everything is fine, But the Pick Release is not happening.

Can i get some advise on this what really happnening .For reference purpose , i am attaching the debug file of latest pick release action which went successfully.
