PO Fund check failed

 Hi Team,
Please advise,

We have PR which reserved the budget in 2012 and now create PO against this PR in 20 Jan 2013

We have uploaded the enough budget .

And , Budgetary Control Absolute and boundary - YTD.

Budget available period is Dec-13 and budget journal not yet posted.

I have check the fund inquiry details screen fund is available.

When we do the fund check  its getting failed and following Error,

Accounting Errors
 Document Reference Journal Status Message
 Accounting could not be created
 This journal entry line has failed budgetary control with the following error: Insufficient funds (detail).  
 Accounting could not be created
