export import between Diffrent characterset Databases

Hi All,

need your help, actually we  are moving one database which is of WE8MSWIN1252 characterset but Target database is AL32UTF8. we are using import export. i need your comment is there any issue while importing schema from WE8MSWIN1252 characterset  database to AL32UTF8 database. what i need to consider.

 

your helpfull answer will be very importent for me. thanks allot.
