RA components could not be authenticated

RA components were deployed on a separate server and connect to a existing foundation(old server running HFM).

But when system configuration is done, log on to workspace using admin account, failed with authentication error: EPMCSS-00301.

Looks admin user could be authenticated in HFM but not in RA.


And almost the same error message happened in ShareService when I tried to browse reporting & analysis directory. EPMCSS-00301.

Kindly indicate what's the problem...
