move two storage cells from an half rack to full rack

 Customer have two racks Exadata X2-2, and two racks are connected by  ethernet and infiniband network. One half rack used by ISFC (production) ,one full rack used by MOVA (test system).
MOVA need more storage  ,so customer want move two storage cell from ISFC to MOVA.   
This means customer needs to take 2 Cell Storages out of existing  disk group(s) used by ISFC production database, then, join with newly created disk group(s) used by MOVA production database. 
Customer wants Oracle to provide a step-by-step document to explain how to perform this task.


Here's the PLAN: 

First phase:  drop the two storage cell from ISFC (half rack)
