Lead time level and manufacturing lead time is not considered while part-list creation

 Hello 

I have following set up - 

Child item with lead time level and manufacturing lead time = 2 days. 

Parent item = no lead time 

When I am creating Rate for parent item - in partlist I can see requested date of rate/ Parent item  = requested date of Child item. 

I used R31410 to attach partlist, as well I tried attaching BOM manually. 

I expect requested date in part-list less than by 2 days than Requested date in rate.
