Inter-Project Billing : Many receiver tasks in a single provider project

We are currently using Inter-Project Billing functionality in Oracle Projects. For this OU nearly all billing are internal so this functionality is very much used. Each project has one receiver task which is the standard functionality. 

We want to be able to bill many receiver tasks within single provider project. 

What we would like to  do is generate invoices to many Receiver tasks in single Provider project. This could be for example on task level each time invoice is generated for project it will generate invoices for each task.

 

Has someone tried this or something similar to this? Is possible that this can been done in Billing Extensions within Oracle Projects?
