How to install Oracle Http Server for Siebel 8.2.2 64-bit

 We are trying to install Oracle HTTP Server 11g for Siebel 8.2.2 but we are facing issues in doing. Can anyone provide me steps to do so or a proper document which can help us to complete our task.

The OS is OEL 6.3/OEL 5.8 64-bit.
