Hi,

Can you clarify on below queries.....

Does Siebel eCommerce require Siebel CRM base license?

Is there any specific reason why Siebel self-service is built on Fusion platform? 

 Does Siebel eCommerce and Siebel CRM base connect to same DB?  In Siebel SRSP for self-service applications, under supported database serve rplatforms section it mentioned that,

Oracle Devlopment Framework (ADF) requires a connection to an Oracle database for data passivation.  Do we need to install seperate database instance here for connecting to an Oracle database for data passivation? or can we use the same database on which Siebel applications is built?
