Error while reversing a Credit Memo Application

Hello All,
Following error occurs while reversing an application on Credit Memo.

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_PROCESS_APPLICATION", line 9044
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_PROCESS_APPLICATION", line 670

This issue is user specific. From other logins I am able to reverse credit memo application successfully.
