FND_ID_FLEX_STRUCTURES_VL ID_FLEX_CODE

 Hello ,
After R12 upgrade ,We are able to see two lines for accounting structure in view FND_ID_FLEX_STRUCTURES_VL for each accounting structure .
the difference is ID_FLEX_CODE... for one it is GL# and another its GLLE..

If we need to get one line which one is advisable GL# line or GLLE line ..

If we create fresh instance in R12 ,, which row will be there GL#, GLGLE or Both ?
