Problem Summary

applying patch 16000012 - jobs show assigned or fixed,restart status but nothing is happening

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
I am applying the EOY phase 3 patch for 2012.  I have 8 more jobs to run.  At one point I noticed that no jobs appeared to be running.  Some of the jobs were in FAILED status (workers 1-4), worker 5 showed as Assigned.  None showed as running.  When I looked at the adwork005.log file I saw that it had the errors:



adpatch_16000012_u_1.log


   FAILED: file XDOLoader.class on worker  4 for product xdo username XDO.
