How to add a new Line on Move Order form using Personalization?

Hello,

I am trying to use Forms Personalization to add a New Line to the Move Orders form, based on user selecting a BOM Item.  Can you suggest how I can specify to move to next Block or Line?  The business requires that if a BOM item is selected on the Move Order Line, then its components also be added to the Move Order.
