How do I create a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) and install the subsequent CER.

IE 8 on Windows XP gets "There is a problem with this website's security certificate." which I can click 'continue to this website (not recommended), and get to the EM login page.

However administrators with Win7 IE9 cannot.   I believe I need to create a certificate so these administrators can log in.
