IMP: ** Patch 3480000 application failing with CONCSUB Error.

 Hi Team,

Patch 3480000 application is failing with the below error.

/d01/oracle/prodappl/fnd/11.5.0/bin/CONCSUB &ui_apps SYSADMIN 'System Administrator' SYSADMIN CONCURRENT FND FNDGSCST ALL 10
Please enter a valid responsibility.  The responsibility System Administrator does not exist or is not active.  Check that the correct application short name is specified for your responsibility.

Client is sure that the SYSADMIN responsibility is not end-dated for SYSADMIN user.

Attached please find the Patch logs and worker logs.
