Can the T10000C with fibre channel interface be connected to mainframe or VSM?

May I order a T10000C with fibre channel interface to connect to mainframe FICON port through Brocade 5100 with both FICON and fibre interface? Can the T10000C RTD with fibre channel interface be connected to VSM FICON port through Brocade 5100 with FICON and fibre channel interface?
