Need to edit OKE Communication Workflow

Hi,
I am working in Oracle Project Contracts module. I need to customize the OKE Communication Action workflow so that the same FYI communication notification goes to the "owner" and some other related employees. For example, if I create a contract communication for a particular "owner", a notification should go to that owner (standard functionality) as well as his supervisor.

Can someone help me with this workflow customization?
