ISO Receipt Delivery Issue after Upgrade to 12.1.3

Hi Friends,
We are facing an issue with ISO Receipts. 
There are some pending intransit shipments for receipt in 11i for lot controlled items.
After upgrade to 12.1.3 we are unable to receive the the same i.e. Lot Number LOV is not showing any values to deliver the same.
