Autoconfig failed after database upgrade from 9.2.0.8 to 11.2.0.3

Hello,

we are getting the below error while running autoconfig on dbtier and compleated successfully . but we are facing same error on appstier autoconfig compleated with errors.

        Attempting upload of Context file and templates to database...ERROR: InDbCtxFile.uploadCtx() : Exception : Error executng BEGIN fnd_gsm_util.upload_context_file(:1,:2,:3,:4,:5); END;: 1; Oracle error -29532: ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: java.lang.NullPointerException has been detected in FND_GSM_UTIL.upload_context_file.
