Fatwire 7.6.0 - what version is recommended for upgrade?

Hi all,
We currently run Fatwire CMS 7.6.0, and I'd like to know what version is recommended to upgrade to? Our company policy is to not run on the bleeding edge of releases, but we are keen to keep our servers more up to date than they have historically been.

From the upgrades and patches I have the following list of updates that could be applied:
7.6.1 -> patch9
7.6.2 -> patch9
11g R1 -> patch4
