PAY: How to pay arrears of bulk employee

  (ver 11.5.10)

 Employee has joined on 01-sep-2012 and will get confirmed after 3 months of joining period. In December, user hasn’t confirmed him due to any reason. But in Jan user marked his confirmation in HRMS with the effective from 01-DEC-2012.

 

In my formula have condition on confirmation, if you user confirmed then it will pay 10%of Basic. Suppose employee basic is 10000 then he will get 1000 PF amount. But in jan, we need to pay PF Previous arrears since employee get confirmed (01-dec-2012).

 

Could you pls advice, how to pay this arrears to an employee.
