PO Requisition and PO - suggest correction

All,

I have a requisition in which one of its line details shows the order quantity of 2000 and  related PO shows the quantity of 0. How can we have dissimilarity for same line in requisition and PO? I'm assuming some one cancelled the line in PO therefore ordered quantity appears 0.

Any suggestion to correct corrupted record?
