Siebel Parameter Reports

 Hi Team,
I am currently doing some R&D on Siebel Reports. I have a requirement where i need to generate a Report showing the All Leads which are owned by a Sales Rep.

i Need to pass the name of Sales Rep as a Parameter so that i can generate the Report showing the Result of Leads Owned by that Sales rep.

For this first i generated a Sample List report which shows all the Leads present in the Application. This is working well and fine. now i would like to know how to pass parameters to this List Report. what is the syntax that i need to include in the report template. i am working on 8.1.1.7 Siebel Application.
