Hi,
When try to apply patch 5470623 following errors is faced:

Performing version checking...
AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'fnd forms/E FNDSCMOU.fmb'

AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'fnd html/E appsbase.htm'
