Project Template Options

Hello:

We are upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 and we are seeing project template options that were not enables being enables during the upgrade by ANONYMOUS.  What is options are workplan Options, Additional Information, Pipeline Informationo, Retention, and Currency.  Has anyone else run into this issue?
