American Express Global Feed Transaction Loader and Validation Program

Dear All,

I am receiving the below error while running the American Express Global Feed Transaction Loader and Validation Program.

The Line 2 does not have 3000 characters. Please resubmit this program with a correct data file from American Express.

I had raised a SR with Oracle, post which they suggested one patch which we applied on the Test instance. The error was not resolved.

Post which they stated the system is updated & asked me to check for the file with AMEX representatives.

AMEX also confirmed that the test file provided has no issues. I am stuck and have no clue how to proceed.
