Unable to download patches with smpatch

When I use 'smpatch analyze'  I only get 2 patches to download, it has been 30 days since I last patched the system, normally there would be 20+ patches to download over a 30 day period.I am worried somehow the system isn't properly connecting to patch server ? Unfortunately there are no errors.
This is what I see
# smpatch analyze
146233-22 SunOS 5.10_x86: iSCSI patch
121431-86 SunOS 5.8_x86 5.9_x86 5.10_x86: Live Upgrade Patch
