Trying to locate 'Approval Notes' in a database table.

On  the 'Channel Revenue Management' form in Trade Management (used to be called OTM), on the 'Claims' tab, as part of the 'Claim Details', there is a cue card(menu) with a selection of 'Notes'. The notes displayed on the form are of various types.  SInce the form is an HTML form, I can't use the features with would tell me the table and column that the data come from.  I have checked a number of OZF tables, and can't figure out where these notes are stored - it is NOT in the comments column of OZF_CLAIM_LINES_ALL, OZF_CLAIMS_ALL, OZF_CLAIMS_HISTORY_ALL, etc. anybody
