Is there a way to recalculate the standard rate once it has been added to the employee's record?

The employer rate for 2013 still displayed the 2012 employer rate. To correct this  we date tracked to 01-jan-2013 to upate the standard employer rate to the correct rate for 2013.  We now need to recalculate all employee records so the 2013 rate displays. Is there a way to do a mass recalculation on all employee records?
