Patch 13680349 failed compilation on 7 forms - and both for US and DK

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Applied patch 13680349 and it failed compilation on 7 forms - and both for US and DK.
The errors are in the adworker logs are non-fatal warnings - but the forms are not working.
