Refrsh Data from Prod:

I am receiving below error during refreshing data using RMAN from RAC Prod to standalone DB. Oracle 11.2.0.3 on Linux. Any suggestion? I never encounter this error since we upgraded to 11.2.0.3.0

 

RMAN-03002: failure of alter db command at 01/22/2013 10:36:37

ORA-01620: no public threads are available for mounting
