Oracle 7.3 export from Window7

We are in the process of migrating from Windows XP to Windows 7 Enterprise.

One user has the need for Oracle 7.3 export utilites and I'm wondering if its compatible for Win7 or is there an other method to accomplish this.

Currently we have a app/db server running Oracle 8.2 on Windows NT. This servers config can't be changed dur to a number of reasons.

Our user needs to do exports from this 8.2 db tables using 7.3 export utility. This dump gets imported into a 7.3 db on another app/db server.

 Can we install 7.3 onto Windows 7 ?   Can we use a newer Oracle clint utils (compatible to Win7) to do 7.3 exports?
