update transactional data(sales orders)

Dear All,
I have updated customers in customer master form with territory,salesperson,order type and price list.

We have more than one month transactional data for r12 in new system (sales) now i want to update
all transactional data with latest updates like territory,salesperson and order type etc.

how can I do?
