Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How can i revert a payment ( delete payment ) on Payment Batches from a salesrep ??

How can i revert a payment onPayment Batches ( OIC R12 ) ? I click on button ( screen attached ) and do nothing. Please help me.
