OTM to OM

Hi All,
Can you please assist for the below issue?

We have OTM implemented and intergrated with OM using BPEL.
Data flows between OM to OTM, however it never sends data back to OM.. We need to have the visibilty in OM for the Trips planned in OTM.

This is the AS IS process in our organization since last 4 years, however now business is interested to have data flown back in OM from OTM with planned shipments, Can you guide what are the steps required to achieve this?
