ProCard - loading Visa statement into PeopleSoft PCard

Is anyone loading their Visa procurement card statement data into PeopleSoft Procurement?  I have found the documentation in Oracle Knowledge Base but am struggling with the Visa Commercial Format 4.0.  This looks like the file the merchant would send to Visa for processing not the file the card holder would receive from Visa.  Any help/guidance will be appreciated.   We are on PeopleSoft Enterprise v9.1.
