Employee Address City for Washington contains "Ptba" text

Does anyone know why some of the Washington cities end with -Ptba?   We had an employee submit an address change through self service, and he chose the wrong value, Ridgefield-Ptba/Tbd instead of just Ridgefield.   There are 45 city records in PAY_US_CITY_NAMES for Washington state that contain "Ptba" or "Tbd".   Can I just disable these values via the form US Cities so they don't appear in the LOV?   What are these for?
