Release date (Date_released column) is Null for discrete job

Dear Experts,

Version:11.5.10.2

The user found job Release date (Date_released column) is Null when they tried to close discrete job. They changed the job status from Unrealease to Release by Mass but not sure if this caused the issue as the issue is not reproduceable. Uploaded the attachment for reference.
As they could not reproduce the issue, they wants to know if there is any existing similar bug for this issue or possible reason.
