[appltest@erptest ~]$ is changed to -bash-3.2$ ???

 Hi,

I just wanted to know how [appltest@erptest ~]$       is changed to   -bash-3.2$ . How i can revert it back?

and i cannot find .bash_profile .. how i can create it?
