Patch 12807777 : Rel 11i : HR : Where are the installation instructions for 11i.HR_PF.K.delta.7?

Hi there

We are on Release 11.5.10.2 and are about to apply Patch #12807777 (11i.HR_PF.K.delta.7).

However the Readme file for this patch says that the installation instructions are in Note #1442165.1,
but when we look at that Note it is only a few lines long and does not contain any detailed
instructions.

Please advise,
