OTM: WF notification error: An error has occured during Approval of Claim

Hi,

We have the following WF notification error, while trying to approve a claim

An error has occured during Approval of Claim "ISP40025".

Error Log: 1: OZF_AR_PAYMENT_PVT.Create_AR_Write_Off: start
2: The GL date : 21-DEC-2012 is not in an open or future enterable period
3: An error happened when creating Adjustment in AR through AR Adjustment Public API.

Any help on this ?
