AME : PO can only be create from Buyers Work Centre or not ??

Hi All,
hope you all OK ,

i have done alot work on the AME Requisition Heirarchy and makes the heirarchy too and its practically done very well too.

now i am looking forward to do the same for the PO and for that i have done the corresponding reading too and i know the patch is needed to updated on the application ..... now while i am doing reading i have read it is necessary for a user / buyer to cereat the PO from BUYERS WORK CENTRE inspite of orignal Purhcase Order form .... ??

so can u all acknowledge either it is true or not ???
