Delete Owning Organization of a Contract from Front End

 I need to know a functionality in Oracle Contracts. For example,I have inserted a Owning Organization in an Active Contract and saved it.
Next, I try to delete this owning organization and save the form. Is this allowed in the standard functionality.
Since, when I try to delete from front end and click save, the status bar show "No changes to save" and the value is not deleted.

Please help me with the answer.
