oracle diagnostics for Oracle Payables (SQLAP): Invoice Data Data Collection Test. : errors

hello ,

Getting the below error when running oracle diagnostics for Oracle Payables (SQLAP): Invoice Data Data Collection Test.

Please help in resolve this below issue.

ERROR - Invoice id '12213879' belongs to operating unit 'TCS - Hyderabad' which the selected responsibility cannot access
ACTION - Choose a responsibility which has access to this organization to collect data for this invoice or enter another invoice id using the list of values

ERROR - ODX-0074: The api method "oracle.apps.ap.diag.APUtility.isValidInvoice" was used to validate the input parameter and returned a fatal result "false"
ACTION - See previous errors for details.
