Languages in RPAS

 Hello! Could anybody help with my strange issue?)

Our RPAS installation is in Russian. Of course, our business users work on OS in Russian language. But we are going to expand to China, and we need to investigate, how RPAS works with Chinese. The main question is how to ‘switch’ RPAS Client (Classic and Fusion) from one language to the other one?

 … preferably without reinstalling OS in Chinese.

I guess that RPAS figures out somehow, what language the operational system supports, and then use an appropriate language ( .dll file) in GUI.  I changed the settings in Control panel to make Chinese supported in my OS. But RPAS Client still uses Russian.dll. Does it mean that the only way to use RPAS Client in Chinese is to install the operational system in Chinese? Is there something to be done in RPAS?
