what is wrong? in package.inf does not exist

Hi all,

During installation of JDE client, when I select any full package (DV, PY, PD) I get this error:

log:

File C:\E910_1\package.inf does not exist.

File does not exist.

Package validation failed. An existing package is installed, but we cannot get information about its database from the file C:\E910_1\package.inf.

Validation of package in file \\Server*****DVF1511.inf failed!!! Package validation failed. An existing package is installed, but we cannot get information about its database from the file C:\E910_1\package.inf.

what is wrong? secuence installation?environment variables? some residue date?regedit?

(oracle E1_64bit ok and client_32bit ok)
